HI, I’M JESS

I tragically lost my 56-year-old father, Leon, to death by suicide. One month LATER I LOST my 21-year-old brother, Justin, to the same tragedy.

This was the most devastating period of my life. I even contemplated suicide myself because the pain was unbearable. I had suffered from thoughts of suicide and post-traumatic stress disorder from this event and decided that I could not just sit on the sidelines and wait for someone to do something that I feel so called to do. Thankfully, I was able to find my way out of that darkness and make it to a place where I enjoy my life. So much so that I’m not just coping with life – I am thriving. I spent a great deal of time learning after the tragedies I experienced. Having traveled all over the world, reading books, attending seminars, attending retreats, workshops and all forms of grief counseling. I found the way out and I am here to share what worked for me and many others.

DURING MY EXPLORATION FOR HELP AND UNDERSTANDING REGARDING SUICIDE I REALIZED THAT THERE WAS NOT A FREE PROGRAM PAIRING NEUROPLASTICTY AND SUICIDE.

I feel a true calling to share the message that is in my heart because the fact that I am here is a miracle. This name is particularly significant to me and has an incredible purpose – Justin was my brother.

We will empower others to have the courage to roar, reach out and rise!

Suicide has a ripple-like effect and we seek to address the nightmare so many have gone through, are going through, and will go through.
